Kalamazoo Orthopaedic Clinic (KOC) was the first orthopedic practice established in Southwest Michigan in 1948, by Dr. Maynard Conrad. Kalamazoo Orthopaedic Clinic has a dedicated staff of twenty-two, including four outstanding and well-trained Kalamazoo orthopedic surgeons and one physician's assistant.

Our Kalamazoo orthopedic surgeons are specifically qualified to meet the needs of patients of all ages. The Kalamazoo orthopedic surgeons treat problems of the bones, joints and muscles. Kalamazoo Orthopaedic Clinic is pleased to be a part of the Advanced Musculoskeletal Institute. This unique and new facility houses complete musculoskeletal care that includes your Kalamazoo orthopedic care as well as physical therapy, rheumatology, an osteoporosis center, a drug research nutrition center and orthopedic braces and prosthesis. Musical POKR

Established in the spring of 2004 by orthopedic surgeons, Dr. Thomas Ryan, Dr. Blake Ohlson, and Mr. Ryan Adams, Musical POKR (Post Operative Knee Rehabilitation) modifies the traditional rehabilitation methods. By incorporating music, written and performed by the founders has been shown to reduce rehabilitation times and costs, while increasing patient satisfaction.
